Erica Cerra was born in Toronto in Canada on the 31st of October 1979. Her best-known role is the role of deputy Jo Lupo from the Syfy television series Eureka. Cerra was from Italian descent was born on the 31st of the 31st October, 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia. In her early years Cerra was featured in a variety of commercials and became interested in acting. For a time she went off performing and came back in 2001, at 22 years old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her as one of Vancouvers hottest young actors. Cerra starred in Eureka as the Syfy show that aired from 2006 to 2012. The show featured her as Deputy Jo Lupo. She also starred as the lead actress in the music video of The Michael Buble song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra played prominent roles in several well-known and highly acclaimed TV programs, such as Battlestar Galactica. Cerra has also appeared in important films like Man About Town featuring Ben Affleck with Rebecca Romijn or Blade:Trinity which included Wesley Snipes. Cerras's body and face were used as models to make her character Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect series of video games. The actress also appears in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.

Khondabi said she and Joey began their relationship at Greenwood Christian School and were close friends for a long time before they began to date as senior in high school. The Oakland Elementary news program was called WOAK. Khondabi admitted that, after she graduated from college, her first position was as a reporter on television for WAGT. Khondabi recalled that she was employed as a reporter in Augusta Georgia for a period of about six years.
